The Workplace Blueprint
What You’ll Learn
One of the most valuable skills you can utilize in the workplace is emotional intelligence. Though there are endless resources available to us on the impact of emotional intelligence in our interpersonal relationships, many of us are finding that they don’t directly translate to the workplace. As more organizations favor emotionally intelligent candidates and employees, join me as I teach you how you can transform yourself to cultivate harmonious, symbiotic relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
You’ll learn a blueprint that you’ll come back to time and time again to approach human challenges with empathy and compassion. It’s a strategy you can be proud of: no stepping over people, no compromising your values, no zero-sum game. This formula is a win for all. Through a better understanding of both yourself and others, you’ll develop the ability to face these challenges with an invaluable skill set to serve you, and the organizations you work with, for a lifetime.
If you’re an employer considering this course for your employee, know you’re investing in a program that’ll improve the quality of the work they produce and the nature of their relationships. When employees are equipped with effective tools, they’re more productive, less distracted, and have higher job satisfaction. They’ll notice a marked difference in how they show up, and so will you.

"I would LOVE to get some coaching on applying these skills to the corporate world. I'm a petroleum engineer working with almost all men. My confidence is a yo-yo most days."

"Incredible coaching update!! We spoke a month ago about difficult coworkers and bosses and you taught me to put my ego aside, "disarm" people, find common interests to connect on, and treat people and managers based on what's important to THEM not to ME. I employed these strategies and holy crap Nur. The coworkers that I once had a hard time getting along with are my biggest allies now and the boss I thought never noticed me and favored the other engineers over me GAVE ME A PROMOTION FRIDAY. Can you believe it?! In one month the whole dynamic of my job shifted. Even while in quarantine.
And I noticed another female engineer struggling with the same things I was struggling with before our call so I spoke to her and taught her some of the same strategies you taught me and I can tell her eyes opened just like mine did. I referred her to your confidence course as well. Biggest warmest thank you to you Nur!! You are a human behavior ninja!"

"Hi Nur! I wanted to give you an update on the call you gave me back in April regarding my problems at work and the coaching I received.
I took your advise to heart and worked harder. Made sure I was on top of my game, and completed more work than requested. On June 16th I received a recognition award from my manager. She recognized me for incorporating all best practices shared and for modifying my routine and management to more efficiently handle inquiries.
Thanking me for being on top of communications/ updates and proactively sharing resources with my teammates. Appreciating my focus and attention to detail.
Thank you soo much Nur! You inspire me every time you post and I value your courses l've signed up for. Your call truly helped me!!"

"l'm reaching out because I'm desperately seeking advice. I'm currently working from home as a social media customer service rep. Yesterday my boss called me and gave me a verbal for lack of productivity. It's been a difficult transition working from home and taking care of my children at the same time during the pandemic. Personally I thought I was working and being productive.
The boss I have is constantly coaching me even before the pandemic when I worked at the office and I'm never sure what to say. I don't repeat the mistakes I'm coached on but she constantly finds ways that I'm not meeting her standard. I work with in a big team that does the same job or parts of the same job and the level of productivity varies."

"I am in a situation at work where my new manager told me in an endearing way that she has no doubt I can do my job successfully but since I don't have a backbone or voice to stand up to different/ toxic people on my project, that it will diminish my confidence and impact my success in my career. I took on this type of role a few years ago because it required confidence and communication skills and I challenged myself to work on it.
I worked so hard to become more confident in my skills in this role but I can't help but feel like I am failing because my manager pointed out that I don't stand up for myself fully yet. I know that was long but do you have any suggestions on how to digest what she said?"

"Hi Nur!! I feel a 180 shift in how I communicate with my coworkers and program manager after our coaching call! I know it's only been a week but l've been over-communicating my status, issues and my plans and my program manager legit said today that I'm crushing it!!! I am so thankful for you. I feel like l'm starting to regain confidence in my role!!"
